Raising Boys

If you are raising sons, a fun idea is to pick up electronics at garage sales for your boys to take apart. They can explore and learn how things work without ruining any of your gadgets that you'd like to keep using. When you are at garage sales look for items such as:

old phones
radios
type writers
fans
shower heads
remote controls
flashlights
speakers
CD players
video camera/video tapes
cell phones
toasters
and more

and then give him a pair of work goggles and hammer. =0) No really, a set of tools out in the garage or on the back patio with these items could bring hours of fun and education.
